Benefit Provision Method Residence owners receive exclusive TTCO benefits upon move-in.

Allocated TTCO can be used within 1/10 of total benefits annually.
Unused benefits for the year do not carry over and expire.
Owners can share annual allocation with registered household members.
For jeonse (lump-sum deposit) rentals, a portion of annual allocation can be provided to tenants.
(Basic principle: within 70% of annual allocation)
* Jeonse: A unique Korean lease system where a tenant pays a substantial deposit in lieu of monthly rent, which is fully refundable upon contract expiration.
